Patient Billing

Payment is due on the day that treatment is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Care-Credit. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients thus we cannot provide in-office ‘payment’ plans. If you have questions regarding your fees or a balance on an account, please contact us at (252) 240-3636. Many times, a simple telephone call will clear any misunderstandings.

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.

Most insurance companies will transfer funds to our office within four to six weeks of treatment. You will be mailed a statement if your insurance payment is not received within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.
